Don't let a claim rain on your parade
In case of a personal / commercial automobile accident, make sure you have received the other driver's insurance information, i.e.
- insurance company name and phone#
- driver's residence address and phone#
Also, always call the police to get a report on the accident whether the other driver appears to be nice or accepting the liability at the moment, as they might change the story later.

How do I file a claim?
File a claim 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you only believe you are at fault or the other driver fled the scene , call your insurance carrier's 1800 number below and have your policy number handy. If you believe the other driver is at-fault and have the insurance information available, call his/her insurance carrier.
